Anne’s 32 years of experience in the U.S. intelligence community are marked by an impressive track record as a change agent who delivers results.
Her career began as an analyst at the National Security Agency. She was promoted to positions of increasing technical and management responsibility; she retired in 2012 as a director with the Central Intelligence Agency.
In the wake of 9/11, Anne was instrumental in formulating and executing massive supplemental infusions of funds to meet terrorist threats worldwide. She also led development of a first-ever strategic plan to position the organization for a forever-changed future.
She adeptly transformed two critical business areas in the Office of Technical Service and delivered significant new operational capabilities to the field in support of clandestine operations.
Throughout her career Anne has been breaking new ground to create innovative approaches to solve tough problems and foster leadership development in challenging environments and unprecedented times.
