Beth’s vast experience and background in pushing boundaries and strategic problem solving make her an asset to her client partners. She uses her expertise in executive hiring and coaching, career development planning, management consulting, and stakeholder engagement to grow clients into Talent-Based Organizations®.

Nearly 20 years ago, she introduced Talent Plus to Clinique, a brand in The Estée Lauder Companies portfolio, as a solution to high turnover and low productivity. Subsequently, Beth was asked to lead a new company-wide talent management team and engage executives and brands across the organization.

In 2004, she was requested to re-create the Estée Lauder retail experience. Beth launched the cosmetic industry’s first digital learning management platform in 36 languages and created branded experience content for omni-channel marketing, driving significant retail growth with selling strategies that contributed to the brand becoming the #1 global luxury brand.
