Most recently, he co-founded with Talent Plus CLIMB, a five-module training program that allows small-to-medium enterprises to reach the pinnacle of their next growth phase.

A third-generation chef, Christophe is known as one of the foremost authorities of French cuisine. His 30-year culinary career has taken him from the kitchen to the classroom and the boardroom.

Christophe assumed the role of CEO in 2005 with At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. Under his leadership, the academy moved to a brand-new, state-of-the-art campus in 2011.

In 2014, he launched A-munition, which focuses on strategic partnerships for food and beverage management teams. He also joined Q Industries and Trade, a leading supplier to the hospitality industry in Europe and the ASEAN region.

Most recently, he co-founded with Talent Plus CLIMB, a five-module training program that allows small-to-medium enterprises to reach the pinnacle of their next growth phase.

Christophe has been awarded the Chevalier (Knight) of the Ordre national du Mérite (National Order of Merit). He also received French Master Chef status by the French Association of Master Chefs, the second youngest person to achieve that honor.
