As Chief Communication Officer, Cydney Koukol leads the Global Branding and Marketing Team articulating Talent Plus’ strategic initiatives through a multilayered approach including public relations, marketing, social media, web, online and print advertising, email, video, thought movement, conferences and events with a consistent brand impression.

This team creates lead generation opportunities and campaigns and partners with associates and stakeholders to build content and materials for clients and prospects and supports them through lead nurturing, sales and client partnerships.

She also oversees Talent Plus’ associate and guest experience with the following teams social responsibility, wellness, experience, hospitality as well as culture initiatives including Great Places to Work. As a member of Talent Plus’ Executive Team, Koukol is a strategic partner to other company leaders in setting strategy to facilitate global growth, especially in the positioning and communication of solutions to associates, stakeholders, client partners and distinctive markets.

Prior to joining Talent Plus, Koukol led a communication practice with clients in a variety of industries – health care, finance, legal, consultative practices and entrepreneurial ventures.

Her financial services expertise was gained through her work at First National Bank of Omaha as marketing officer and manager of retail marketing – creating that department where she led marketing strategies for consumer products and services and new product development; onboarding the first customer relationship marketing system individualizing messaging and applied analytics for lead generation and client retention; developing and administering inter-=division communication; coordinating print, radio and television campaigns; directing bank-wide research; planning and executing special events and facilitating community relations.

Koukol has a master’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Nebraska – Omaha and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has been an adjunct faculty member for the University of Nebraska – Omaha (advertising and public speaking), Creighton University (nonprofit certification) and Clemson University. In addition, she has spoken nationally at several health care marketing conferences.
