A senior operations and human resources executive leader with a doctorate in organizational leadership, Denise has a unique set of executive skills and strategic operational expertise.
During her career, she has demonstrated a natural ability to transform, lead, influence and manage multi-site and multi-state operations, a variety of departments and field human resources teams within complex Fortune 100 organizations.
Denise has extensive experience in healthcare and higher education HR, with roles at the largest global retail pharmacy chain in the world, a premier regional academic medical center and one of the largest providers of private, for-profit post-secondary education.
With Talent Plus, she leads the strategy and collaboration of partnerships, reporting directly to the CEO. Denise is a visionary and strategist for cross-vertical, strategic partnership identification, review and analysis, while establishing sustainable work relationships across our defined partnership categories.
She is pursuing her Certificate of Management Excellence (CME) from Harvard Business School.
