Hall, Doug began the development of the structured interview technology as the co-leader of the Potentiality Development Project. After graduate school in 1971, he joined Dr. Hall at SRI, which later became SRI Gallup. They worked to pioneer what has become one of the most advanced and validated selection, recruitment and coaching systems available today.
Based on various psychological “life themes” that determine the success an individual is likely to have in specific endeavors, the process and methodology are at the heart of the solutions Talent Plus provides to its partners
Throughout his career, Doug has served on several corporate and community boards of directors, starting with the SRI/Gallup Board of Directors in the 1970s and 80s and over 20 years on the National board of Cancer Treatment Centers of America.

He was selected by Dr. Robin Anderson to serve on the University of Nebraska Entrepreneurship Board in its formative stages.
