A Senior Leadership Consultant, Kelli works with clients in the selection, retention and development of leadership talent, including succession planning.
She first joined Talent Plus in 2006 as an executive analyst and leadership consultant, analyzing interviews of senior leaders for a variety of international clients and writing analysis tied to strength identification.
Kelli has also consulted with clients to develop and implement measurement strategies to help them understand the impact of talent-based selection and strength-based management on their business outcomes.
Previously, Kelli worked for Bryan LGH Medical Center as a performance improvement consultant, where she developed and implemented several processes and programs including cultural integration and the Continuum for Leadership Development.
She especially enjoys making connections between people and needs, resources and ideas, facilitating learning and problem-solving, and helping people put their gifts and talents to their best and highest use.
