A human resources executive with an impressive record of success, Kevin understands the delicate balance it takes to channel a team’s talents toward raising the level of quality while improving overall earnings capabilities.

For more than 20 years, he provided human resources direction and leadership for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Notably, Kevin managed the global reorganization and integration of Ritz-Carlton with parent company, Marriott International.

At Carnival Cruise Lines, Kevin created the first human resources department for the organization, providing leadership for 32,000 employees working aboard 24 cruise ships.

He has served as chief people officer for a startup hospitality management and consulting company, and a startup global hotel brand management organization. Currently, he serves in that role for dental management company Espire.

As a consultant, Kevin offers his global HR perspective and successful teaching style to help organizations build culture, manage change initiatives, develop business ethics leadership and invest in their executives.
