Kyle Bruss

As the lead of talent acquisition and associate learning and development for Talent Plus, Kyle is keenly focused on finding talented candidates for us and ensuring our onboarding and learning programs meet associate needs. He also works as a senior consultant with several clients in their recruitment, selection and organizational development efforts.

As the lead of talent acquisition and associate learning and development for Talent Plus, Kyle is keenly focused on finding talented candidates for us and ensuring our onboarding and learning programs meet associate needs. He also works as a senior consultant with several clients in their recruitment, selection and organizational development efforts.

Most recently his work encompasses consulting services that include mission and vision development, recruitment, selection, team development, one-on-one coaching and management development.

Prior to joining us, Kyle worked with Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) National Headquarters as their director of marketing. There, he was charged with developing communication initiatives, deploying a redeveloped national recruitment program and the selection of national staff members.

Kyle spent much of his first year with ATO traveling the United States as a leadership consultant, guiding collegiate chapters in their organizational practices. He continues to volunteer with the organization at a local and national level.
