Makenzie Rath

Current Talent Plus President, Makenzie joined Talent Plus in 2011 and has held roles in nearly every business unit. Most recently, she led was instrumental in not only the development of the Operational Manager Talent Online® Assessment, but led Talent Plus’ Leadership Consultants, who analyze senior leaders’ interviews and provide executive coaching and succession planning solutions.

Description

In her current role, Makenzie carries out the Talent Plus mission and vision. Makenzie focuses on opportunities that actualize The Science of Human PotentialitySM. She promotes relationships with our client partners to scientifically assess, select, onboard, develop, coach, engage and retain the right people with the right talents to grow.

Her strength management journey began at the age of 5 and continued through high school as a counselee in the Nebraska Human Resources Institute, a program Talent Plus co-founder Dr. William E. Hall founded in the 1950s. As a collegian, Makenzie was the first true-freshman mentor and continues to value forming mentoring relationships today.

During her time as a senior personal assistant at Capella Singapore, Makenzie helped launch the resort as one of the premier destinations in southeast Asia. She went on to earn a master’s degree in organization development from Pepperdine University.

In addition to her role as President, Makenzie serves on the Talent Plus Board of Directors and also has served the community on not for profit boards.
