Maribel works with client partners in the selection, retention and development of leadership talent, including succession planning. She started in Talent Plus’ in-depth analysis team as a writing analyst and currently holds the title of Director.

Maribel joined Talent Plus’ in-depth analysis team as a writing analyst and currently holds the title of Director.

In this role, she works with client partners in the selection, retention and development of leadership talent, including succession planning. She’s also involved in internal education efforts such as curriculum development, and teaching and coaching associates.

Maribel’s research background includes the psychophysiology of emotion, neuropsychology, PTSD and the psychology of creativity. She has a special interest in emotion management, neurospsychology, creativity and creative thinking heuristics/process, and diversity and inclusion.

After graduate school she worked for The Gallup Organization as a senior leadership analyst/consultant. Her clients there included Marriott, Stryker, HCA, and Caterpillar.

An active community volunteer, Maribel devotes time to several philanthropic boards. She’s an avid dancer and choreographer, helped co-found the Lincoln Contemporary Dance Project, and is also a certified Pilates instructor who can be found teaching classes almost daily.
