A two-time Olympic skier in Nordic combined, Ryan believes in helping others maximize what’s possible in life. Currently, he is the co-founder and a managing partner of Rallyday Partners, a Denver-based lower middle-market private equity firm focused on improving human potential and quality of life.
Ryan has 20 years of private equity investing and operating experience, including serving as chair and CEO of a national surgical eyecare business. Prior to his corporate leadership role, he was co-founder of a top-decile performing lower middle-market private equity fund with approximately $730 million of capital under management, and a principal of a private equity firm.
He serves as chair of CiviCO, an organization that educates, inspires and connects the next generation of community leaders through elite cross-sector leadership programs, enriching experiences, executive coaching and mentorship.
Ryan is also a founding board member of Endeavor Colorado, a nonprofit that supports high-impact entrepreneurs around the world.
