As Director of Leadership Development and Analytics, Scott is a leading authority on The Science of Talent®. His primary analytical focus is utilizing Talent Plus’ Executive Interview to help companies select and coach leaders based on their strengths.
He thoughtfully uses additional tools in the Talent Plus People Plus℠ practice — such as the Positive 360℠, Collaborative Coaching® and Executive Coaching — to develop leaders, build effective teams and help grow organizations through a strengths-management philosophy and positive psychology.
Scott’s career experience also includes serving as a chief research officer. In that role, he led assessment of adverse impact and validation procedures and developed interviews and assessments to help clients select and develop highly talented individuals.
Holding a doctorate in sociology, he is well versed in the science of selection and development of leadership. Scott’s areas of expertise include the sociology of leadership, strength management theory, leadership analytics, and team- and organization-building.
