In his role as a Leadership Consultant, Travis brings a wealth of experience to the table, helping large and small businesses alike.
With over two decades in professional consulting and training, he has global experience working with hundreds of companies with an emphasis on the selection and development of human capital.
His client list has included The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Methodist Hospitals of Dallas, Yahoo!, and The Sports Club L.A.
In 2017 Travis founded Artisan HR, which offers leadership coaching, training and strategic consulting to develop leaders in small business and nonprofit organizations.
He rejoined Talent Plus in 2018, providing guidance and support to the team on topics such as e-learning, succession planning, small business, and lean canvas project management.
In addition to his other roles, Travis is an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue (Neb.) University, where he teaches Executive Coaching courses in the College of Arts and Sciences.
